Waiting On Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted by Breaking The Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we are eagerly anticipating.

Wednesday is my absolute favorite day of the week because I get to share the books that I am super excited about and can't wait to read.

Expected publication: May 9th 2014

Synopsis from Goodreads:

Author's Note: Can be read as book three of the First Comes Love series, or as a standalone .

College baseball player, Gray Thomas, had to go far out into left field to find a girl like Dylan, the ex-love-of-his-life. More than a year later, literally at a crossroads, they find each other together on a journey that is a pause between a painful past and an uncertain future. In this sexy and offbeat summer read, Gray and Dylan discover that a destination isn't always a place. More often, it's a person. Now it's time for them to finally decide, is this forever?

Finally! I'm really looking forward to reading Finally, Forever. You'll be hearing about this one on my blog for the next month or so since I am participating in a blog tour, promo post, and review. Yay!

What are you waiting on this week?

    1. I'm not too thrilled with Dylan either. I've always thought she was selfish and a bit self-centered. I'm hoping she's not like that this time around. But I love Gray, so there is that. Thanks for stopping by.

Also, is your blog name a reference to Captain Wentworth from Persuasion?

    1. Aaaah, I see the quote on the side! It is!!! I LOVE Persuasion!!! It's hands-down my favorite Jane Austen novel. Have you seen the 2007 BBC adaptation with Sally Hawkins?

    2. Yes, I'm obsessed with Captain Wentworth, especially his letter to Anne. Swoon. I love him. I have seen the 2007 version of Persuasion, and I like everything about it except the running around and the kiss at the end was silly. Rupert Penry-Jones is awesomely handsome. I like the 1995 version with CiarĂ¡n Hinds more. And Amanda Root is lovely in that version.

      Thanks for stopping by!

    3. Yes, I agree about the 2007 version. Everything is perfect except the running around! I own the 1995 version but have yet to watch it. I need to soon.

    1. Yes, it's the third in the series, but it's being marketed as a stand alone. Which I don't agree with because I enjoyed the first two books. But it makes sense to someone in the marketing department...
      Thanks for stopping by.

  8. I enjoyed the first book in this series but haven't read the second book yet. Judging from the synopsis of this one, I guess Dylan and Gray break up at the end of the second book?
