Waiting On Wednesday (220) Wink Poppy Midnight by April Genevieve Tucholke

Waiting On Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted by Breaking The Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we are eagerly anticipating.

Wednesday has become my favorite day of the week because I get to share the books that I am super excited about and can't wait to read.

Expected publication: March 22nd 2016 by Dial Books

Synopsis from Goodreads:

Every story needs a hero.
Every story needs a villain.
Every story needs a secret.

Wink is the odd, mysterious neighbor girl, wild red hair and freckles. Poppy is the blond bully and the beautiful, manipulative high school queen bee. Midnight is the sweet, uncertain boy caught between them. Wink. Poppy. Midnight. Two girls. One boy. Three voices that burst onto the page in short, sharp, bewitching chapters, and spiral swiftly and inexorably toward something terrible or tricky or tremendous.

What really happened?
Someone knows.
Someone is lying.

I haven't read anything by this author before, but this sounds too good to pass up.

What are you waiting on this week?

  7. Yes, this DOES sound too good to pass up! And that cover is just INCREDIBLY AMAZING!! It's very original; at least I have never seen anything like it before. I don't usually like covers that feature typography as the main design, but I do like this one! The story might sound a bit familiar, but I'm sure the author is going to do something entirely new with it! I'm adding this book to my Goodreads shelves right away!

Thanks for dropping by and commenting on my own WOW post!! : )
