Thanks for the opportunity to win an Amazon gift card....one of my favorite things although it is stressful trying to decide which book to buy since I want so many. Wink. :)

ReplyDeleteDivergent!Great book
ReplyDeleteProbably my favorite book was LETHAL RIDER by Larissa Ione. I read a mixture of print & ebooks. ReplyDeleteMy favorite read so far has been Pandemonium.
ReplyDeleteAlthough I will never stop reading physical books, I do love my Kindle Fire. I like that I can read anywhere with the Kindle app on my phone, and then pick up where I left off on the actual Kindle. Also, the Kindle is great for traveling. I am flying to Europe on Saturday for a two-week cruise. I don't want to bring a ton of books with me (I can easily read at least three books on each nine hour flight), so I am going to be bringing ONE book (for times when I cannot use any electronic devices) and then just rely on my Kindle for any other reading.
ReplyDeleteI think my favorite book of the summer would have to be LET THE SKY FALL by Shannon Messenger.
ReplyDeleteI prefer reading paper books, but I must say that since I started reading on my iPad, I love that too. It's also easier to do if I'm holding my baby in one arm, whereas with a paper book I'd have to contort to a weird position to try to turn the page without waking him up.

ReplyDeleteI just got a Kindle earlier this summer, so have only read a little bit on it so far. I'm really enjoying it's flexibility, but I don't think anything will replace the feel of a book, or the having the book on my shelf (not that I need any more).
My favorite book this summer was Just Listen, by Sarah Dessen.
ReplyDeleteRapture
ReplyDeleteAnna Dressed in Blood and What I Didn't Say. :)
