So this author has a recent series that I wanted to read, but never got around to. It's up to 6 books now, so I may go back and read them all depending on how much I like this standalone.

Standalones are a great way to get a feel for an author before diving into a series! I used to do this with short stories back in the day! lol. Hope you enjoy this one once you get to read it!
